We offer a 72-hour health guarantee from the time your puppy arrives. We recommend taking your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within this period for a wellness check. If a serious health issue is found, you may return the puppy for a full refund or exchange. (Written proof from a vet is required.)

1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
We provide a 1-year genetic health guarantee against hereditary conditions that may affect your puppy’s quality of life. If a genetic defect is diagnosed within the first year, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value or a partial refund, as agreed upon.

Owner’s Responsibilities

To ensure the health and well-being of your puppy, the buyer agrees to:

Maintain a healthy diet, proper exercise, and a loving environment.
Avoid exposing the puppy to unhealthy conditions or neglect.

Exclusions

This health guarantee does not cover:
Minor conditions such as colds, worms, or parasites (which are common in puppies and easily treatable).
Any illness or injury caused by accidents, neglect, poor diet, or improper care.
Allergies, behavioral issues, or any conditions not considered life-threatening.
